We would recommend that you return your items via a tracked service. Please clearly state the reason for the return.
Please return all goods within 21 days for a refund this will exclude any shipping costs.
Your refund will be credited back via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to appear on your bank statement.
The items need to be in the original packaging where it forms part of the goods, for example, boxed goods, garments and gift items. Return postage is at your own cost and risk.
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
If your item has arrived damaged/broken or incorrect please contact email@example.com and we can look into resolving the issue.
Any items which have been damaged must be brought to our attention within 2 weeks of receiving the item. Anything over 2 weeks, will be dealt as ownership misuse and we cannot take responsibility for any breakages or replacements.
